Nature Preserve:
When 69+ acres of vacant land was offered as residential 5 acre lots next to our home, much of it environmentally sensitive wildlife habitat, Mark purchased half of it including the wooded area. He designated this land a nature preserve and added food plots for wildlife. This area is home to bald eagles, fox, turkeys, deer, peregrine falcons, great horned owls, sand hill cranes, storks, wood ducks and more. In the past this land was frequented by trespassers and poachers. Knowing this, Gierl installed over a dozen of 24/7 strategically located cell cameras to prevent such activity. Now we can enjoy the benefits of this for generations to come.
