2021-When 69+ acres of vacant land was offered as residential 5 acre lots, I knew much of it was environmentally sensitive wildlife habitat and purchased 30+ acres. I converted them into a nature preserve and is home to bald eagles, fox, turkeys, deer, peregrine falcons, coyotes, great horned owls and more. The front 7 acres contains a food plot of winter wheat for deer, turkeys, etc. Hidden out of sight are a couple other plots for migratory birds. In the past this land was notorious for trespassers and poachers. Now it is protected with over a dozen of 24/7 cameras strategically located to preventing such activity. This benefited the remaining 5 acre parcels and added value to the surrounding neighborhood.
